Getting Started...

The basic version of Say Some More comes ready for use with a variety of Conversations with male and female recorded voices. For a very small price you can upgrade to Say Some More Pro, and this will allow you to create and edit your own Conversations.

Each communication file is referred to as a Conversation.
Each Conversation can have several Pages within it.
Each user is referred to as a Participant.

Take a few minutes to explore some of the Conversations that come with the app. These can be edited and customized for your personal use.

Before beginning, you will need to create a Participant. On the main screen, tap the plus sign and enter the Participant's name. After typing the name of a Participant, tap Submit. Next, tap the Select Participant box, tap the name of the Participant to highlight it, then tap Select.

Tap the Select Conversation box, highlight a Conversation by tapping on it, then tap Select. Tap the blue Communicate button to launch that Conversation.

Each Participant has access to Conversations that were created under that Participant's name, as well as Conversations that were created under another Participant's name, unless they are Private. When a Conversation is created or edited, the Private option appears. The reason for making conversations private is to prevent too many Conversations from appearing in the list. If only one Participant is using the app, the Privacy setting won't matter; however, if several Participants are using it, you might want to sort the Conversations by Participant.

Each session is called a Conversation. You can create and edit Conversations for your specific needs. A Screen can display 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 squares. Each square can hold a combination of an image, text and recorded speech or sounds.

A single Conversation can include many Pages. To move to the Next or Previous screen within a Conversation, tap the large arrow bars that appear on the left and right.
If the arrow bars do not appear, the Conversation consists of only one Page.

As an example, a Conversation might be called "Food" and within this Conversation could be several Pages, such as one called "Beverages," and others called "Main Course," and Desserts." The Participant could choose items from each Page and select an entire meal.

Main Screen:

The main screen presents 3 options: Communicate, Create and Edit.

Tapping on Communicate launches the Home Conversation. To change to another Conversation, select from the vertical bar on the left of the screen. To change the Conversations that are available, tap on the Conversation box and put checkmarks beside the ones you'd like included.
